Refund policy

At Creator Kit Co, customer satisfaction matters. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

  1. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for eligible items.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
  • Ensure the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging

Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is faulty on arrival
  • The incorrect item was received

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Important:
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the item is not returned, no refund will be issued.

  1. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be sent back in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

Creator Kit Co reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if returned items do not meet these conditions.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

For approved damaged or incorrect items, return shipping assistance may be provided where applicable.

  1. Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, exchanges or refunds will usually be processed within 5-10 business days.

  1. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Creator Kit Co is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
